王志伟，男，1980年7月生，河南鲁山人，工学博士，研究员，博士生导师。国务院政府特殊津贴专家、第十批河南省优秀专家、首批中原科技创新领军人才、首批国家留学基金委国际清洁能源拔尖创新人才、河南省学术技术带头人、河南省高层次国际化培养人才。兼河南省青年科技工作者协会副会长、国家奖励办和科技部项目评审专家、河南省科技厅和教育厅项目评审专家、中国可再生能源学会生物质能专委会委员、中国分析与应用裂解联合会理事、河南省环境科学学会理事等。

主要从事生物质及有机固体废弃物协同热化学转化技术、碳中和关键技术、负碳及全生命周期评价等研究，关注环境与土木工程领域的碳中和技术研究。主持和参与国家自然科学基金(3项)、国家863计划课题(2项)、国家科技支撑计划课题(2项)、国家重点研发计划课题(2项)、中国工程院重大咨询项目(2项)、中国欧盟地平线项目、中原科技创新领军人才项目、河南省重大公益招标项目、河南省留学人员科研择优项目、河南省科学院杰出青年项目等30余项。先后发表学术论文140余篇，其中SCI收录70余篇(最高影响因子35.3，入选ESI高被引论文和热点文章)；出版专著5部；获国际PCT专利公开2项、中国发明专利授权24项、美国发明专利授权1项；完成科研成果鉴定或评价20余项，多项达国际先进水平；获国家科技进步二等奖1项，河南省科技进步一等奖2项、二等奖6项。
